Job Title:   Online Fulfilment (Temporary - Christmas)

Responsible to:  Business Management Team/Store Management Team

Responsible for:  Picking, packing and fulfilling all online orders and related customer support tasks. 

Hours:   Part-time - Flexible. Hours dependent on flexibility. Hours could increase in December.

Contract Duration: Until December 23rd 2019

Closing Date: Monday 13th November - 6pm

Oklahoma has enjoyed a long, varied and colourful history, housing everything from art galleries and the iconic Pelicanneck Records, to a DVD Rental store and the famous Oklahoma Cafe. To support the physical store we invested well in our website, especially over the last 12 months and we are very proud of the site we have created in-house. The site focuses a little more of homeware and lifestyle products and we’re are ambitious about making it one of the best destinations for vibrant and unusual home & lifestyle products in the country.

As Christmas Temporary Online Fulfilment at Oklahoma you will be responsible for ensuring our online customers receive the very best experience when placing their crucial Christmas orders with us.  You will engage positively with the public via our online support system, process orders, pick and pack them with speed and care.

While retail or customer service experience is desirable, the ability to work independently, efficiently and with confidence is more important. 

Duties will include but will not be limited to:

  • Picking and packing orders placed online
  • Processing online sales accurately and efficiently through our website back office system.
  • Maintaining cleanliness and order in the stock packing area and on all web  stock shelves
  • Answering queries from online customers and resolving issues while maintaining high levels of customer service
  • Communicating with 3rd party selling platforms like Trouva/Amazon and with our couriers
  • Undergoing Health & Safety training and adhering to these rules
  • Upholding Oklahoma’s brand identity through an inclusive, positive and energetic presence at every  interaction with customers, suppliers and staff
