Support staff for Online Business Manager
- Answering Phone calls, great all customers warmly, assisting in a friendly, courteous manner and efficiently resolving customer's questions and requests
- Delivers the highest level of customer service through effective problems solving. Resolve order problems.
- Complete placement of orders accurately and effective while engaging with the customer
- Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions. Replace/Refund based on approval.
- Assist with refunds or replacements as directed by the manager.
- Notify customers by email of any backorders.
- Keep records of all customer interactions making sure to provide accurate and complete information in order.
- Flexible and willing to cross-train and work in other areas, as needed
- Ensure excellent service standards.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction.
