We are seeking a full-time General Manager to oversee and lead our Pearl Street location in Boulder, Colorado. The right candidate will have strong leadership skills and 1+ years of experience as a Store Manager, General Manager or relevant management role.

The Store Manager is responsible for exemplifying and upholding the mission, values, and standards of Alpine Modern. They are directly responsible for all aspects of successfully operating an Alpine Modern location. This includes ensuring the execution of world-class guest service, environment, food and beverage.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Knows and enforces all Alpine Modern standards, practices and policies at all times
Embodies and models the behaviors and practices that make Alpine Modern a world class hospitality brand
Is trained and capable of working all positions within the restaurant
Executes administrative duties associated with running the store including operating a variety of software platforms that require technical savvy.
Maintains excellent and thorough communication within the store and organization
Responsible for all hiring, onboarding, training and terminations
Fosters a positive work environment where all staff members are empowered to succeed
Responsible for staff scheduling and maintaining labor spend as directed
Actively monitors and manages staff performance by providing consistent positive or constructive feedback. Utilizes progressive discipline to achieve results when required
Conducts staff performance reviews
Addresses staff concerns in a timely and professional manner with active follow up until resolution
Organizes team and departmental meetings
Ensures recipes are made to standards
Ensures product quality remains exceedly high
Maintains and enforces the highest standards of food safety
Actively monitors food costs to ensure food spend is within the limits defined by the company
Actively controls food and beverage waste
As directed, assists with new product rollout
Inventory, Ordering and Purveyor Management
Is responsible for all inventory and ordering for the store
Orders supplies, equipment and other items as needed
Store Environment and Facilities Management
Maintains and enforces exacting standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the facility
Ensures store environment is to standards. This includes actively managing factors like temperature, lighting and music selection.
Manages facility and equipment maintenance
