Front desk is the "heartbeat" of a hotel. Guest Service Agent (GSA), must be able to multi-task at all time. Answering phones in a professional manner, making, cancelling and relocating reservations, ALWAYS A SMILE ON THEIR FACE no matter what the situation is. GSA are the liaison between our Housekeeping team and the status of our rooms to make sure they are ready to sell. GSA must make sure of the cleanliness of the workspace, lobby of the hotel. Lastly, GSA should be aware if anything need to be order like supplies and make sure to let management know. First shift is from 7am-3pm and second shift is from 3p-11pm. Extremely flexible schedule.
Preferably a minimum of 6+ months within a full-service hotel– Must be knowledgeable of basic computer systems– Must be able to communicate and listen attentively to supervisors and team members– Must be guest orientated and possess a sense of urgency– Must be able to multitask and prioritize responsibilities– Must be service and team orientated
