The Banquet Supervisor oversees allocated facets of the Banquet Department. They are involved in the planning, set-up, execution and breakdown of events in the Hotel. From ensuring the proper set up of function rooms, to assisting in the hiring, training, supervising and performance management of the staff, the Banquet Supervisor takes a hands-on approach while ensuring the Banquet team is meeting all Bay Pointe Standards.

We are looking for individuals who have a thorough knowledge of guest service and banquets/catering. They must possess excellent leadership skills and personable client interaction. Candidates must have a minimum of 2 years experience in a high-volume banquet operation and have an excellent ability to handle high profile customers under pressure and with an extremely high level of professionalism.
Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the banquet area and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed. Keeping staff accountable for space cleanliness and overall event service quality.
