Les gens viennent chez b.cycle pour lâcher prise et se laisser aller. Un endroit où ils peuvent être eux-mêmes, où ils sont inspirés et motivés à être la meilleure version d’eux-mêmes. Ils viennent s'amuser et repartent se sentant valorisés et fiers d'eux-mêmes

Quel est votre rôle?

Vous créez et dirigez une expérience physique et musicale de 45 (ou 60) minutes qui amène vos client(e)s de tous les niveaux à se dépasser physiquement, tout en passant un moment formidable. Le but est de les faire pulser jusqu'à ce que leurs muscles brûlent et tremblent, découvrant ainsi des muscles dont ils ignoraient l'existence!

ATTENTES :

Être en mesure de donner au moins 2 cours par semaine (engagement de 2 à 4 heures) 

Le travail d’équipe fait partie de nos valeurs de base. Nous comptons donc sur l’entière collaboration des instructeurs lorsque leur aide est requise par un collègue.

COMPÉTENCES :

Excellente maîtrise de l’anglais et du français à l’oral 

Group Fitness Certification et/ou expérience en danse 

Une passion pour l’exercice physique et/ou pour b.cycle 

Être capable de connecter avec la musique; bouger avec rythme, garder le temps et anticiper le prochain rythme de la chanson 

Capacité à communiquer avec les gens, à inspirer et à captiver 

Avoir suivi un minimum de 4 cours de barre (de préférence avec des instructrices différentes) ainsi qu’un cours de spinning dans notre studio

Comment fonctionne le processus d’application?

Il y a 3 étapes : l’entrevue, la démo et ensuite la formation qui dure environ 6 à 8 semaines.

Where do you come in?

You will be part of a team responsible for making sure that our clients experience is a seamless one. From maintaining our cleanliness standards to creating a positive and energetic environment, your role is integral in the experience of both new and seasoned clients. 

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Contribute to an environment where clients feel happy and at ease
  • Set up new clients on the bike & support them as needed
  • Ensure that the studio is clean and presentable at all times
  • Support with any arising issues during class times
  • Prepare/ turnover the studio between classes

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must speak in French and English.
  • Must have great customer service skills
  • Must have great communication skills with team members & clients
  • Ability to trouble shoot and react quickly 
  • Ability to work well under timelines/ pressure
  • Must be available to work a minimum of 15 hours a week and one day on the weekend

According to your availabilities, a weekly shift will be allocated to you in all-studio, all-access membership!

Studio Manager

You lead a team that makes this happen every day.

Tell me more?

You will be responsible for all studio operations and will report directly to the president of the company. All studio staff will report directly to you and you will work with a studio lead instructor to develop strategies that will build the community and the profitability of your studio. You will be hands on working directly with customers performing daily operations.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

THE ENVIRONMENT YOU FOSTER AT YOUR STUDIO:

  • Provide the highest-level of customer service. Exceed customer expectations. Client issues and concerns are opportunities to improve your operations and an opportunity impress unsatisfied customers.
  • Create and maintain an experience where your clients feel welcomed. If they are new, if they have never worked out before they feel as though they have found the place where they fit in.
  • Create and maintain an environment where your team is empowered to make decisions that are in line with the company’s values.
  • Ensure that the studio is clean and presentable at all times.

BUSINESS & MARKETING:

  • Manage studio budget.
  • Develop strategies to build the community.
  • Develop strategies to improve studio operations

OPERATIONS:

  • You are expected to understand how all systems and processes work at the studio.
  • Participate and contribute in weekly operations meetings with the President
  • Participate and contribute in monthly company strategy meeting.
  • Create staffs schedule and manage vacation
  • Manage payroll for all staff
  • Recruit, interview and hire new staff.
  • Ensure new team members are trained properly and give them the tools they require to succeed.
  • Evaluate your staff’s performance constantly. Identify talent and reward them. Identify which of your team members have key opportunities to improve and address them quickly.
  • Coach and develop key talent within your team.
  • Ensure that all company-wide marketing initiatives are executed in your studio.
  • Ensure that your team is aware of all events and changes that happen at the studio.
  • Host staff meetings.
  • A minimum of 10 hrs will be hands on the floor. Working at the front desk or helping with daily operations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Must speak and write in French and English.
  • Must possess Bachelor's degree.
  • Must have at least 5 years of work experience
  • Must have experience leading team. 
  • Must have experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Must have superior customer service and hospitality skills.
  • Must be highly organized with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks with tight deadlines
  • Strong ability to communicate clearly with team members, clients, and senior management
  • Must be able to work flexible/non-traditional hours including weekends and some holidays.

What's b.cycle all about?

Where do you come in?

You build and lead a 45 (or 60) minute physical and musical experience that gets your clients of all levels to channel their inner athlete, while having the time of their lives!n The goal is to get them to pulse until they burn and shake, discovering muscles they never knew existed!!

EXPECTATIONS:

Able to give at least 2 classes per week ... (2-4 hr commitment)

Exclusivity to b.cycle

We believe in teamwork, so instructors are expected to help wherever they are needed

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be able to speak both French and English fluently

Group fitness certification and/or a dance background

A passion for fitness and/or b.cycle

 Ability to connect with music; to move with rhythm, keep time and anticipate the next beat in the song

Ability to connect with people, to inspire and captivate others

Have to have attended a minimum of  4 barre classes (preferably with different instructors) as well as 1 spin class at our studio


How does the application process work?

There are 3 steps: the interview, the demo and then the training (which will take about 6-8 wks).
