The Marketing Director is responsible for developing The Front Climbing Club community and brand, managing the creation of marketing materials & content to increase and retain memberships, and analyzing current and potential markets to maximize growth and profitability. This role will focus on content and campaigns that highlight The Front’s offerings including our top of the line climbing walls & routes, programming classes, events, retail sales, restaurant, yoga & group fitness classes, impact co. partnerships, etc.
We are looking for someone with 3-5 years of marketing, business, or sales experience and has the ability to set vision and drive concepts through the entire creative and development process. You will need hands-on experience with digital marketing, designing data-driven marketing campaigns, and significant channel experience across the entire modern marketing mix. If you are resourceful and gritty, constantly questioning the current status quo and relentless when it comes to solving problems in order to drive continuous improvement then we would love to have you on our team of climbers, cyclists, yogi’s, skiers, and adventurers!
