Onboarding Manager

Full-time

Job Title: Recruitment & Onboarding Manager

FLSA Status: Exempt/ Full-Time

Pay Rate: Salary $36,000 annual

Key Responsibilities:

Recruiting

Providing support to the operations manager with human resources tasks

Creating and posting job advertisements on job websites

Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements

Conduct pre-screening interviews

Scheduling and organizing interviews with potential candidates

Prepare documents, screen tests, interview questions, and other relevant documents

Explain work requirements and job duties to candidates

Maintain a good relationship with employees and candidates

Participating in recruitment events

Assist with maintenance of internal company databases


Administrative

Supervising the (2) onboarding specialists

Schedule and oversee training sessions

Process employment paperwork

Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data

Drafting rejection letters

Interviewing and selecting candidates

Drafting offer letters

Assist in preparing and sending new employee information emails

Perform other special projects as assigned

Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy

Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues

Managing the recruitment and selection process


Experience & Skills Requirements:

Experience with recruiting required

Bachelors Degree or some college preferred

Excellent computer skills including Google Suite, Microsoft Office

General knowledge of federal and state employment laws and practices

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Skills in database management and record keeping

Ability to travel locally for recruitment meetings and employee trainings

Must be readily responsive to email and text messages

Familiarity with employment paperwork, including federal and state tax forms, employee handbooks

Understanding of payroll procedures

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Confidentiality and work ethics

Knowledge of HR systems and databases

Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills

Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills

Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company

Pay Rate: Starting at $9/hour

Pyramid Pool Monitoring Service is hiring pool monitors for several locations across the metro-Atlanta area. We are looking for personable and caring staff for our seasonal job openings! You must be able to spend the summer engaging people of all ages, exercise good judgment, follow written and oral instructions and effectively deal with stressful situations. Qualified candidates will be selected based on meeting the requirements for our seasonal positions. 

Applicants must be willing to work on all major summer holidays including Memorial Day, 4th of July, and Labor Day.

Lowering umbrellas

Straightening chairs and tables

Emptying trash

Keep bathrooms tidy and fully stocked 

In addition to any other duties depending on the facility 

Pool Monitor Work Requirements:

Completion of high school or GED required

Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergencies and confrontational situations 

Ability to stand, sit, bend, stretch, and tolerate prolonged exposure to the sun 

Possess excellent communication and customer service skills

Teachers, retirees or college students looking for a summer job are strongly encouraged to apply
