Role and Responsibilities

· Identifying prospects for physician referrals in the Chicagoland territory

· Contacting prospective physicians; driving awareness of Smart Choice MRI benefits 

· Maintaining and growing existing physician relationships through ongoing management

· Working collaboratively with operations, finance, legal and marketing to ensure alignment and optimal programming 

The individual should have a passion for the Smart Choice MRI mission and the desire to be a part of a fast moving, exciting company. The successful candidate will partner well with both internal team members and external partners to drive growth for the business.

Qualifications and Education Requirements

· Bachelor Degree required

· 4+ years relevant experience, preferably in diagnostic imaging

· Strong general management skills and capabilities

· Excellent multi-tasking, project management and prioritization skills

· Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships, build consensus and influence partners

· Prospecting, sales planning and closing skills 

· Strong interpersonal skills, including both tact and positioning

· Passion for driving results

· Excellent written and oral communication skills 

· Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint

· Must be willing to travel regionally up to 100% of the time
