Shipping Lead

This position will  include planning, management of workflow and process improvement to ensure on-time delivery and quality standards. 

Major Duties:

  • Identify and sort orders accurately and efficiently for processing and shipping.  
  • Read and identify product labels and shipment logs. 
  • Package and ship the days orders. 
  • Maintain fulfillment performance metrics and leverage those metrics to drive further improvements.
  • Involved in planning and implementing new Shipping processes and working to improve existing processes, goal focused on continuous improvements.
  • Manage workflow and the processing of orders to accommodate daily order volumes.
  • Coordinates with other departments on issues, projects, and opportunities for improvements.
  • Promote and enforce quality standards to always provide the customer with the best experience possible.
  • Maintain a high level of organization and cleanliness in the shipping space at all times.
  • Promptly and positively takes progressive corrective actions when issues arise.
  • Drive to the Salt Lake City and Park City stores to assist with order procurement.


  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid Driver's License with no recent moving violations.
  • Previous experience with shipping and fulfillment preferred.
  • Competent in the use of the Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
  • Reading, writing, math and communication skills required.
  • Enthusiasm combined with a drive for constant improvement.
  • Proven ability to independently meet deadlines.

Physical Requirements

  • Must be able to sit for several hours.
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
  • Frequent lifting and moving of merchandise or other inventory.
  • Vision to read detailed instructions and labels, distance and color vision, peripheral and depth perception.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Working Conditions 

Work will be performed in a warehouse environment. 


Base Weekly pay range of $13 -$16 /HR with benefits and a defined incentive program based on results

Millcreek Store Manager


 Ski ‘N See shops are a locally owned and operated company that have been serving the Utah ski and snowboard community since 1987. Our store managers enjoy a fast paced environment,  while building customer loyalty and trust by providing exemplary customer experience, maintaining a highly competent staff, and overseeing the daily operations of a store. You will be accountable for maximizing sales, balancing inventory, reducing shrinkage, appropriately staffing, and managing payroll efficiency.

1. Store must meet or exceeds its seasonal Net Promoter Score goal. 

2. Store meets or exceeds average # of items in cart goal

3. Store meets or exceeds weekly revenue goal.

4. Stores are staffed appropriately and meets or exceeds payroll efficiency goals.

5. Standards maintained in the store continually and consistently.

6. Attendance at monthly store meetings is 100% and individual follow up discussion held weekly.

7. Interpret and utilize data provided to make real time adjustments to meet goals. 

8. Prostaff are hired and trained by November 15.

9.  In-season turnover is less than 3 employees.


1. Train and support your Prostaff on customer service standards, operating procedures, and selling techniques. 

2. Monitor, coach, and motivate your Prostaff to meet daily operational and revenue goals. 

3. Create Store work schedules to properly staff store while staying within payroll budgets. 

4. Maintain store appearance conditions, operating equipment and merchandising standards. 

5. Collaborate and cooperate with other managers. 

6. Work with Buyers and Warehouse Manager to balance store inventory levels. 

7. Support the online store by managing the picking of sold inventory daily.
