Customer Service Representative

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist customers to ensure they receive a tanning experience tailored to their individual needs by educating them on the tanning process and the value of products and services.

Maintain cleanliness and integrity of your salon through a series of daily tasks and cleaning duties. 

Perform sales presentations to salon clients when necessary.

Must have a willingness to go above and beyond to learn about the products/services we provide.

Preferred Requirements:
Must be willing to work a minimum in of 2-3 shifts per week including weekends. 

Previous retail or customer service is a plus but not required. 

Ability to work independently.

Ability to multitask.

Be self-driven and highly motivated.

Have a high level of energy and positivity.
