  • Respond to inquiries and provide consultation services related to employment, study, visit, and immigration to Canada
  • Manage client records and documents, according to the guidelines of the IRCC
  • Follow timeline strictly
  • Evaluate client information and documents accurately

A bakery in Saanichton, B.C. is in need of a Packager to assist the Packaging Supervisors and Department Leads in all tasks related to packaging. These include, but not limited to:

· Check production lists each day; work with supervisor/manager

· Assess baked products if these are ready for slicing and packaging based on the procedures stated in the Training Manuals and by quality standards

· Slice to the right thickness, package, label, and date required products for the day

· Sort products according to product type, sliced or unsliced, and packaging

· Prepare leftovers

· Label cookies, gluten-free pizza shells, and buns

· Report damages or errors

· Monitor stocks, including packaging materials, and report before these run out

· Use slicers and other equipment and make sure these are washed, sanitized, turned off and stored for the next day

· Maintain cleanliness in the work area and keep a record and update cleaning and sanitation checklists every night

· Keep product rotated and follow the first-in, first-out standards

Minimum Skills and Qualifications

· Can carry up to 50 lbs.
